Photography began as a hobby as a teenager when I ran a thrift fashion store, Outcast Alpha, a business where my partner and I upcycled thrift finds. I became the photographer, and she modeled the clothing. I discovered that I had a talent for fashion photography. In college, I honed those photography skills by taking various photography classes and a film photography class. My experience culminated in my senior year when I became an intern for the marketing department at LMU and attended numerous events as a photographer. I expanded my skillset by using more advanced photography and editing technology. It became a passion and an interest, one that I plan to expand on as I move into the job market.
